Liquid Thread Appliqué
In this class, you will learn a wonderful fusing technique unlike any other you may have encountered. The Liquid-Thread method results in a soft supple appliqué that will leave you marveling that there is any fusible product used at all, making it perfect for appliquéing on cuddly blankets or clothing where you would not want the stiffness of fusible web appliqué. The softness of this method has to be felt to be believed! You can purchase a pattern for one of Helene's Garden Patch Cats, or make a sampling of fused leaves from the class handout. Alternatively, you may bring a pattern of your choice to fuse (please consult with instructor first to determine if your pattern is suitable for this technique).

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Class, club, and event fees are nonrefundable. You must cancel 72 hours before the first session of the class, club, or event to receive store credit or apply the fee to another class, club or event. However, if the instructor or Montavilla Sewing Centers has to cancel a class, club, or event, you have the option for a store credit or full refund. Students must bring their own machines to all classes, unless otherwise noted. We request that you do not bring children or guests to the classes. Thank you!
