Zen Quilting: Zentangles
‘Zentangles®’ is the hottest new trend in designing and a meditative approach to doodling; taking a basic simple form or shape and expanding on it to make creative textures and designs. Zen Quilting is an improvisational method of stitching much like doodling with your sewing machine. This is not a class for raw beginners; students are expected to already have some basic beginning machine quilting skills. This class will help you find your inner child who may have loved to doodle if only it had been encouraged. The process is fun and easier than in seems, you don’t need to have precise drawing skills, just have fun with pencil and thread. Skill Level: Confident Beginner – some prior machine quilting experience recommended, experience with ‘Zentangles®’ doodling is helpful but not necessary.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Class, club, and event fees are nonrefundable. You must cancel 72 hours before the first session of the class, club, or event to receive store credit or apply the fee to another class, club or event. However, if the instructor or Montavilla Sewing Centers has to cancel a class, club, or event, you have the option for a store credit or full refund. Students must bring their own machines to all classes, unless otherwise noted. We request that you do not bring children or guests to the classes. Thank you!
