Fancy Finish Quilt Bindings

Quilt bindings are often plain, utilitarian fabric intended to finish the edges of quilts and encase the raw edges. Why settle for plain when you can add some pizzazz to your project with bindings that add an artistic flair? In this class you will learn several techniques that will elevate the binding you apply to a new level of creativity. In some cases the methods even make it easier to apply the binding neatly and entirely by machine with greater precision. Techniques include Faux Piped Binding, Binding with Rick Rack or Trim, and Machine Embroidered Embellished Binding.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Class, club, and event fees are nonrefundable. You must cancel 72 hours before the first session of the class, club, or event to receive store credit or apply the fee to another class, club or event. However, if the instructor or Montavilla Sewing Centers has to cancel a class, club, or event, you have the option for a store credit or full refund. Students must bring their own machines to all classes, unless otherwise noted. We request that you do not bring children or guests to the classes. Thank you!
