Mountain or Waterfall Landscape
In this class you can choose to make a quilt featuring Multnomah Falls or the Mountain Stream quilt, both patterns published by Story Quilts. In the first session, help will be provided in selecting the fabrics as well as preliminary materials preparation, construction techniques, and tips for customizing the patterns. Multnomah Falls, as presented in the sample, is rendered in appliqué (fused, raw-edged, or by hand as desired). Mountain Stream combines appliqué for the landscape features with strip piecing for the stream. Guidance will be provided during the first session to determine what technique individuals may want to use dependent upon their skill level and preference. Skill Level: Confident Beginner and up.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Class, club, and event fees are nonrefundable. You must cancel 72 hours before the first session of the class, club, or event to receive store credit or apply the fee to another class, club or event. However, if the instructor or Montavilla Sewing Centers has to cancel a class, club, or event, you have the option for a store credit or full refund. Students must bring their own machines to all classes, unless otherwise noted. We request that you do not bring children or guests to the classes. Thank you!
