Kim Towne

Kim has a love for all things sewing. While living in Florida she started developing her sewing skills during her teens which awakened a passion that she enjoys today. While teaching in her local sewing store she gained the knowledge and respect for the different aspects of sewing. She enjoys vintage sewing and especially loves machine embroidery. Trying new techniques and products allows her to share the fun with others. Kim is a Martha Pullen Licensed Educator. She has worked with Hope Yoder for the past 10 years helping with the production of new embroidery designs and patterns which has provided opportunities to learn new and exciting techniques and embellishments. Education is key to Kim and she loves showing others how to create beautiful things. Kim especially enjoys hearing students who have taken her class say “that wasn’t as hard as I thought”, “I did it!” and “I didn’t know that”.

Whether it’s quilting, home décor, garments or accessories, there is always something to learn! She aspires to spark your creativity.
