Camp Shirt

Get ready for summer fun with this casual, versatile shirt that can be worn by anyone. These shirts are boxy with short sleeves designed for cool style and comfort with a classic, retro, on-vacation look.
There are numerous current patterns available online from the major pattern companies. They are listed below in the supply list. Any of them will do, or you may choose a similar independent, vintage or discontinued pattern. This class consists of three 3-hour sessions.
Prerequisites:
This is class is for anyone who has basic sewing skills and knowledge and has used commercial sewing patterns before. Students need to be comfortable using their sewing machine including threading, bobbin winding, adjusting stitch length, tension, and making buttonholes. If you haven’t already, please practice making buttonholes on your machine at home, so you’ll be ready to use it on your shirt before the last class.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Class, club, and event fees are nonrefundable. You must cancel 72 hours before the first session of the class, club, or event to receive store credit or apply the fee to another class, club or event. However, if the instructor or Montavilla Sewing Centers has to cancel a class, club, or event, you have the option for a store credit or full refund. Students must bring their own machines to all classes, unless otherwise noted. We request that you do not bring children or guests to the classes. Thank you!
