Confetti Trees

In any landscape, rendering trees and foliage can be both challenging and rewarding, offering an opportunity to be creative with shape and texture. This technique creates a slightly textured surface and is perfect for foliage and other ‘frothy’ natural elements, such as crashing waves or the burbling foam at the base of a waterfall. The ‘confetti’ technique produces particularly lovely trees that are more complex, lacy, and delicate than ordinary quilting techniques can, and no other method will make trees as realistic and detailed as Confetti. The technique is remarkably easy and needs only rudimentary free-motion stitching skills. The class fee includes one pattern of your choice from three options.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Class, club, and event fees are nonrefundable. You must cancel 72 hours before the first session of the class, club, or event to receive store credit or apply the fee to another class, club or event. However, if the instructor or Montavilla Sewing Centers has to cancel a class, club, or event, you have the option for a store credit or full refund. Students must bring their own machines to all classes, unless otherwise noted. We request that you do not bring children or guests to the classes. Thank you!
