Quiltworx - Suncatcher

This class makes three (3) 30” x 30” Table Toppers. This project could be combined with additional replacement papers, can be expanded to a 60” Square quilt or larger. It’s an intermediate project to get students familiar and comfortable with Quiltworx designs along with foundation paper piecing. It includes curved piecing and veins.

• Flawless Accuracy: Learn straight sewing secrets that ensure blocks line up perfectly with adjacent blocks every single time.
• Learn some curve piecing and veins that highlight the star points
• Paper-Piecing E iciency: See how Quiltworx engineered newsprint patterns guarantee precision and makes it a piece of cake!

Class Details & Expectations:

The instructor will demonstrate core Quiltworx techniques, including how to e iciently prepare your papers and fabric. By the end of the day, students can expect to be well on their way to paper piecing the blocks. Instruction will include preparing students to finish o the assembling of the blocks — ensuring they have the confidence to finish the project at home if they run out of time. The instructor is always available for follow- up questions and extra support and soon will o er drop-in sessions to allow students to get some extra help finishing o their beautiful projects!
