Delivery Services:
- Outside Front Door Delivery - $199.99
A delivery team will unload your studio at a safe place outside your home: front door entry, patio, garage or other flat, level surface with no lifting up or down stairs. Moving the studio(s) inside the home and assembly is the responsibility of the buyer. *see terms below - Room of Choice Delivery - $399.99
A delivery team will unload your studio in a room of your choosing within your home. Team will move the units up or down a maximum of one set of stairs only. Coordinating a delivery date and time is the responsibility of the buyer and the contracted delivery team. *see terms below - *Delivery Service Terms
- Access may be limited in some areas and may require additional fees. Check delivery availability for your area and final costs with your Koala retailer prior to placing your order. Orders will not be processed until all confirmed and approved.
- For Outside Front Door Delivery service, the buyer is responsible to provide a detailed, covered, protected location description to delivery team for studio(s) drop-off. Koala Studios is not responsible for any weather-related damages to studio(s).
- For Room of Choice delivery service, the buyer is responsible for maintaining a clear walkway and delivery area so the team can easily maneuver shipment in the home without obstacle. The contracted delivery provider will contact the buyer to schedule their shipment.
- Buyer inspection and signature are required at the time of delivery indicating the items have been received damage free. Damaged shipments must be noted and rejected at time of delivery. Any claims for concealed damage must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of shipment.
- Exact freight costs for customers in Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico will be determined after order is placed. For definite costs, place an order with your local retailer.
